Box Office Hours

Box Office Hours:

Tuesdays from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

On event days, the Box Office remains open until the event begins. For events taking place on Saturdays and Sundays, the Box Office opens three (3) hours before showtime.

Save on online service fees when you purchase in person at the Box Office!

Parking Information

A limited number of street parking spaces are available along Mount Royal Avenue (including several handicapped-accessible locations) and other nearby streets. Please carefully check the associated signage for time and availability information.

All parking garages adjacent to the venue are privately owned. The Lyric’s preferred garage is the Fitzgerald Garage on Oliver Street (between Mt. Royal Avenue and Maryland Avenue at 80 West Oliver Street, Baltimore MD 21201). The Garage is located directly behind the venue on Oliver Street.

Prohibited Items

For your safety, all guests and their bags are subject to inspection before entry. The following items are prohibited:

Oversized bags (maximum size allowed is 6" x 8" x 2")
Backpacks
Boxes
Outside food items
Outside beverage items
Cans, bottles, coolers, or similar containers
Video cameras
Cameras with detachable lens
Audio recorders
Laser pens or laser products
Noisemaking devices (horns, whistles, etc)
Projectiles (frisbees, beach balls, etc)
Banners or signs
Stickers
Skateboards, skates, or scooters
Firearms or weapons of any kind
Sticks or poles
Umbrellas with pointed ends (blunt-end umbrellas are okay)
Illegal drugs or substances
Fireworks or other incendiary devices
Strollers (must remain in the lobby)
Any other item deemed unacceptable by Lyric management, performing Artists, or promoters

Lyric management reserves the right to make the final determination toward additional prohibited items. The Lyric is not responsible for lost or left, stolen, or damaged items. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the property. Items confiscated at entry will not be returned.
