Service Animals

Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at The Lyric. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. They are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle. All other animals, pets, and wildlife are prohibited.

Please call The Lyric Box Office at 410.900.1150 or email to discuss seating options and to purchase your tickets.

Sign Language Interpreting Services

Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Box Office at 410.900.1150 or by email. Requests for sign language interpreters must be made at least two weeks in advance. Requests made with less notice do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.

Wheelchair Assistance

Guests who require additional assistance can request a wheelchair transport to their seating location.

A Guest Services Representative will escort guests to their seat and arrange a pick-up time to escort them for their departure, if desired. This service is available on a first come, first served basis and may be requested at Guest Services. Patrons will need to leave their driver’s license or government-issued ID in exchange for the wheelchair.

Please note that our wheelchairs cannot be left with guests during the event.
