The Lyric Box Office

The Lyric Box Office is located at 140 West Mount Royal Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201, near the intersection of West Mount Royal Avenue and Oliver Street. Regular hours for in-person ticket sales are Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM. On event days, the Box Office remains open until the event begins. For weekend events, the Box Office opens three (3) hours before the event's start time.

Avoid the Resale Market and Potential Ticket Scams

The Lyric Box Office, online at lyricbaltimore.com – and etix.com are the only official retail ticket outlets for all performances at the Lyric Baltimore.

Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that the Lyric Theater is unable to reprint, replace, or exchange lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance. Additionally, we reserve the right to revoke tickets sold by a broker or unauthorized third party. Revoked tickets are not valid for admission and are non-refundable.

    • Monday-Saturday: 9am to 8pm EST & Sunday: 12pm to 8pm EST

Please Note: 

  • Patrons assume full risk of fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized services or third-party vendors. 
  • The Lyric reserves the right to refuse service to third-party resellers and to patrons known to hold fraudulent tickets.

Additional Information:

  • All ticket sales are final. Performances, schedules, programs and artists are subject to change anytime. 
  • No refunds. Unless a performance is canceled in its entirety, with no rescheduled date, no refunds will be provided.  
  • Lost Tickets: Lost tickets may be reprinted in person at the Lyric Box Office. To receive reprinted tickets the original ticket buyer must provide their valid Photo ID at the Box Office to confirm their identity as the original purchaser.
