The Lyric cannot guarantee tickets purchased from other sources. If tickets are lost, stolen, or fraudulent, The Lyric is unable to reprint, replace, or exchange third-party tickets. Additionally, we cannot contact third-party buyers with important updates regarding schedule changes or other performance information.

The Lyric reserves the right to revoke tickets sold through unauthorized brokers or resellers. Revoked tickets are not valid for admission and are non-refundable.

All guests entering The Lyric are subject to a reasonable search, including the use of metal detectors, wanding, and bag searches. The Lyric personnel reserve the right to deny entry of any items that may cause damage to the facility or danger/disruption to an event. 

If prohibited items are revealed during a search, guests will be permitted to return to their vehicles to store the items or will have their items confiscated or disposed of properly. The Lyric will not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type. Guests who violate building policies or decline to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from the venue. 

Box Office Hours:

• Tuesdays from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

On event days, the Box Office remains open until the event begins. For events taking place on Saturdays and Sundays, the Box Office opens three (3) hours before showtime.

If an event at The Lyric has been canceled, please take the tickets to the place of purchase for a full refund. 

Baby changing tables can be found in the men’s and women’s restrooms on the first floor.

Once a child has reached their first (1st) birthday, they must have a ticket and a seat. For specific questions, please call the box office at 410-900-1165.

The Lyric concessions are open on show days and offer a full bar and concessions on both floors. We offer Coca-Cola products, bottled water, and juice. We also offer a full liquor bar, beer, and wine. Snacks offered include hot dogs, chips, pretzels, candy, and other assorted items. Designated bars around the lobby accept cash. Credit Cards are accepted at all bars. All food and beverage is allowed inside the theater.

The Lyric lobby typically opens one (1) hour prior to the start of the event. Doors to the theater open 30 minutes prior to showtime. 

Times are subject to change.

The Lyric does not have a dress code. However, no shoes, no shirt, no entry.

The EMT is located at Guest Services in the lobby. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify the nearest usher or security guard.

Groups enjoy special benefits, and group discounts may be offered for select shows. Please call 410-900-1165 or email for more information and to make reservations.

Guest Services is located in the lobby on the first floor. Please stop by with any questions or requests during your visit.

If you realize you’ve lost an item while still in the building, please inquire with security for assistance in locating the item. If you discover you’ve lost an item after you’ve left the building, please email. The Lyric assumes no responsibility for lost items.

For your safety, all guests and their bags are subject to inspection before entry. The following items are prohibited:

• Oversized bags (maximum size allowed is 6" x 8" x 2")
• Backpacks
• Boxes
• Outside food items
• Outside beverage items
• Cans, glass/plastic bottles, coolers, or similar containers
• Video cameras 
• Cameras with detachable lens
• Audio recorders
• Laser pens or laser products
• Noisemaking devices (horns, whistles, etc)
• Projectiles (frisbees, beach balls, etc)
• Banners or signs
• Stickers
• Skateboards, skates, or scooters
• Firearms or weapons of any kind
• Sticks or poles
• Umbrellas with pointed ends (blunt end umbrellas are okay)
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Fireworks or other incendiary devices
• Strollers (must remain in the lobby)
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by The Lyric management, performing Artists, or promoters

Management reserves the right to make the final determination toward additional prohibited items. The Lyric is not responsible for lost or left items, stolen items, or damaged items. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the property. Items confiscated at entry will not be returned.

The Lyric has a “no re-entry” policy during all events. Guests who exit the building during an event will not be admitted back into the event. 

All ticket purchases at The Lyric are final, no refunds or exchanges are given, except in the case of an event cancelation.

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted inside The Lyric at any time.

There is a smoking balcony located on the second floor. 

All shows will go on snow, rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages. An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

Will Call tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to the performance you are attending from The Lyric Box Office. Photo ID is required.

The Lyric is located in Baltimore's historic Mount Vernon Neighborhood. The venue is nestled between the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and the University of Baltimore (UB).
